For additional flavors, try the following combination:
- Blend cannabis-infused coconut oil
- Add syrup, brown sugar, and shredded coconut over a low heat

- Bake for 5-7 minutes at 300 degrees

This combination mixes textures, flavors, and acidity.
- Use cannabis butter to line a shallow roasting tin.
- Cut up your ingredients; it can be whatever vegetables you like but just make sure you cut them all the same size so they cook evenly.
- Sprinkle in salt and pepper if you desire.
- Place them in the roasting tin, throw it in an oven and pre-heated at 200 degrees.
- After which, you can bake it for 30-35 minutes.
For the dressing, mix canna-oil, balsamic vinegar and lemon juice. Pour this over the vegetables after they have been removed from the oven and give it time to cool down.

Cannabis-Infused Baked Salmon and Asparagus
This dish will not only contain a dosage of your cannabis medicine, but you also get the benefits of healthy fats and nutrients for a balanced diet. Cooking cannabis with fatty fish helps activate the THC and CBD found in dried cannabis.
Grind 0.5 of 1 gram of dried cannabis and rub it into the salmon, alongside any other herbs or spice you desire. Cover the fish with foil and place into an oven that’s been preheated to 350-degrees. After 20 minutes, remove the foil and leave to bake for another 10 minutes.
Wash and cut off the asparagus stems. Add butter, garlic, and 0.5 or 1 gram of ground cannabis into a large pan. Place on a stovetop and heat to reduce the garlic and cannabis into the butter. Once melted, place the asparagus into that pan and coat them evenly in butter. Cook for 7-10 minutes.

Double Seeded Vinaigrette
Elevate a boring yet healthy salad with a cannabis-infused dressing. This double-seed vinaigrette goes well with any salad.
This vinaigrette is easy to make. Use half a cup of white wine vinegar, a small finely chopped shallot, sesame seeds, hemp seeds, agave nectar, Dijon mustard, olive oil, canna-oil and a little pinch of salt. It’s bold with tones of flavor, totally natural and totally healthy.
Whisk the first six ingredients and then add slowly in the oil. You can make a big batch of this, store it in the fridge and use it with salad, pasta and fish dishes.
