Do you accept out-of-state patients?
Yes, we accept our of state patients. You do not need to posses a California state ID in order to purchase medicinal or recreational cannabis. You will need a medicinal card to purchase under medicinal guidelines and to save on taxes charged.
Are you a Recreational Dispensary?
Yes, we are a fully approved by the state of California as a medical and recreational dispensary. You do not need a medicinal card to visit our shop and make a purchase.

Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?
Do to current Federal and State laws. There is NO shipping of products. All orders made to Harbor Collective should be for either pick-up or delivery within the greater San Diego region.
Do you have customer service?
Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable customer services reps are available to answer your questions during office hours between 8am to 9pm.
Is there a minimum order amount for Deliveries?
Yes, there is a minimum order amount for deliveries and based on the distance from our shop, some minimum limits may be adjusted at our discretion. For example: $50 minimum will provide a 1 to 2 mile radius while deliveries further in distance will require a higher minimum order limit.
